Leupold Scopes
4/23/2012 7:13:53 PM I think the VortexLeupold Scopes just says it out front. You’ll have to look through them side by side, but the low setting looked the same through both. You can shoot with both eyes open fine with either one. Ok here is my problem I wish I could do the Arfcom way and buy both, but I can’t. My setup is, Colt 6920 lower SBR, 14.5 inch Colt Socom barrel (shaved down FSP by adco), Daniel Defense RIS II M4A1 rail. I want a 1 to 6 power scope without paying 1000`s of dollars on Niteforce, Leupold Scopes 1×6 or 1×8. So I am left with either a Leupold Scopes Leupold Mark 4 1.5×5 M2 (either the reticle will work for me), or the VortexLeupold Scopes is a bit more in cost, but has a slightly higher mag. Use target shooting from CQB to 300 yards (some ranges in my area out to 600 yards). Ammo type Federal/ Lake City XM193, XM855, and either reloaded 75 grain to 77 grain or Hornady match, Federal Match, Black Hills match etc. (basically whatever I can find at a good price if I dont reload). Scope mount Larue LT-104 or LT 139. I am also running it suppressed (AAC M4 2000 with 51T blackout). VortexLeupold Scopes customer service. So I am litterally stuck on what optic to pick. So I think I put as much info into this post as possible. If there is any questions please ask away. Any pictures of either optics on this kind of setup let me know. dcs12345 [Team Member] 6/19/2012 6:56:50 PM I like that the VortexLeupold Scopes 1.5x. I think that will help with close shots with both eyes open. What is your budget? Maybe wait until SWFA comes out with the SS 1-6x for $1000 ArmedSerenity
